⚔️ Saint's Time's End Celebrates 40 Years!

One of Christian metal's landmark albums turns 40 — and Retroactive Records is celebrating with two expanded Collector's Editions of Saint's legendary Time's End!

Originally released in 1986, Time's End helped establish Saint as one of the defining bands of classic Christian heavy metal. Forty years later, the album returns newly remastered and expanded for 2026, with two distinctly different editions created for fans and collectors.

And we didn't just add old demos or archival leftovers.

Saint went back and recorded classic Time's End songs again — nearly four decades after the original sessions.

SIGNUM REGIS - "Time to Pay"

Someone come and free me
From these chains holding me
I am feeling alone

Can you hear what I hear
Wanna get out of here
I just can’t take it no more

I’m too tired to get bored
Time’s running time is short
I got caught up in a crossfire

Breaking news top stories
Hope set on lotteries
In this false empire

Liars criers real world deniers
Specialists analysts moralists
Now is the

Time to pay
The damage is done
It can’t be undone

Time to pay
The bill is now due
It’s waiting right here for you

Misery and anguish
Is all the world can wish
That’s what they make you believe

This is what’s going on
Smart prison is your home
No that’s no way to live

At the end of the day
You wish to get away
From what’s holding you down

You’ll never change the world
Unless you say a word
And stand your ground

Liars criers real world deniers
Specialists analysts moralists
Now is the

Time to pay
The damage is done
It can’t be undone

Time to pay
The bill is now due
It’s waiting for you

The damage is done
It can’t be undone

Time to pay
The bill is now due
It’s waiting for you

A completely unique chapter in the Whitecross legacy! Legendary guitarist **Rex Carroll** discovered Argentine vocalist **Romina Barba** singing Whitecross on YouTube and was so impressed by her powerful voice that an idea was born: bring classic Whitecross songs to life **in Spanish!**

Rex went into the Whitecross archives, assembled the studio recordings, and created *Legado de Fuego* — featuring Romina's incredible Spanish-language vocals backed by **Rex Carroll, Michael Feighan, and Benny Ramos**.

After the successful, chart-breaking debut single "Follow the Flame", which hit several single charts worldwide, DEFENDER returns with single #2 of their upcoming second album TITANS OF FIRE. DON'T PLAY WITH EVIL is NWOTHM at its best. Driving riffs, twin-guitar fire, pounding drums and a chorus built for sweaty live shows!

DON'T PLAY WITH EVIL (Music & lyrics: DEFENDER) In the shadows where the darkness hides The bad is waiting and the danger rides Temptation calls, but don’t be deceived Promises made in the dead of night But the truth is lost in the fading light Hearts turned to stone, souls left behind Feel the fire burning deep inside Don’t play with evil, or it will drag you down In a world of chaos, you’ll lose your crown Don’t play with evil, it’s a dangerous track Once you embrace it, there is no way back The devil’s grin is a mask of deceit Don’t let him charm you, don’t fall at his feet With every choice you’re walking a tightrope ride In the silence, hear the cries Of those who danced with the wicked lies So take your stand and find your own way Feel the fire burning deep inside Don’t play with evil, or it will drag you down In a world of chaos, you’ll lose your crown Don’t play with evil, it’s a dangerous track Once you embrace it, there is no way back Don’t play with evil, or it will drag you down In a world of chaos, you’ll lose your crown Don’t play with evil, it’s a dangerous track Once you embrace it, there is no way back Don’t play with evil! Don’t play with evil Nooooo, nooooo

Adler, Liljegren, Stigsson - "The Kingdom" (2026 Christian Metal)

This is a pre-order that ships on or before the release date of 09/2026 - Pre Order Album

AMASEFFER - "When The Lions Leave Their Den" - The nine minute+ epic opener is a collage of all the musical elements on the new album. The narrative of this track is triumph of Faith over Evil. The flick from dark, sinister shadows into bright light, symbolizing the ultimate defeat of oppressive forces through faith. A place that the Hebrews will finally call home, the Promised Land. The unforgiving desert, marching through the scorching heat , but motivated by hope, a common destiny, and the leadership of a chosen one, Moses. The exodus from the claws of hounds.
