Seventh Avenue is a heavy Power Metal band from Wolfsburg, Germany formed in 1989. Seventh Avenue plays a hybrid style of Speed and Power Metal with the focus on melodies. SA has their own style that sets them apart from other bands making them highly recognizable on any playlist.
       Seventh Avenue is not new on the European Metal scene now with an impressive discography including: 1993 Demo 'First Strike', 1995 Rainbowland, 1996 Tales Of Tales, 1998 'Southgate', 1999 'Goodbye', 2003 'Between the Worlds', 2004 'Eternals'.

       After their 2004 album, it wasn't long before the band entered the studios, once more, to lay down tracks for a new release.

        Terium is a "Concept" album, with that said, it tells the tale of a science fiction story with “Terium” Being "addictions or sin" That keep us bound, whatever they might be. A prophet named Micah(John the baptist), was sent by God ahead of Jesus, to preach repentance and speak of the Savior to come. The only problem is that the people didn't want "Creator" they only wanted Terium and Pontius. Pontius is a character in the story that is a leader/savior to the people because he provides a false, feal-good eternal life for the people through Terium. Pontius searches for "Ratis" for 25 years and finally finds him so he can kill Him. The puppet master behind Pontius is the character "The Fallen" who represents Lucifer. Jesus is played out in the Character "Ratis-The Creators Son" who came down from heaven to free us from the addictions/sin that everyone is born into the world with. So in short, Jesus/Ratis frees us from being slaves to sin and gives eternal life to all who believe in Him.
